Terms of Service – Repulave

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Repulave website or services operated by Auerswald Marketing S.L.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Repulave provides online reputation management services including content removal, review management, Google suppression, and related services. The specific scope of services is outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Service Agreements and Payments

All services are subject to a separate service agreement. Fees are as described in your order. Payments are due as specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments.

All fees are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated
Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in service termination

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we use best-practice methods and have a strong track record, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Content removal and reputation management results may vary depending on platforms, content type, and other factors outside our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to request removal of any content you submit to us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Repulave website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Auerswald Marketing S.L. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repulave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
