Article 17 GDPR is a right of natural persons. A company cannot use it as a general “take our brand out of Google” switch. Search results about a business, a judgment, or a news story often stay. Results that identify a private person in a name search can sometimes be de-indexed — that does not delete the page.

People vs companies

If someone searches a personal name and a URL is inadequate, irrelevant, or excessive, Google may delist it for that query in the EU. If someone searches the company name, the same URL usually remains. Directors and staff are people; the brand is not.

What we file

Only requests with a real basis: a person, a specific URL, a specific query, and a reason that matches Google’s form or a court order. We do not send template “right to be forgotten” letters for every negative article about a GmbH.

What stays

Accurate reporting, public-record facts that still matter, and criticism that is not unlawful. Suppression (outranking) is the path when delisting is not.

FAQ

Can you wipe a company from Google? No.

Does de-indexing delete the article? No. It only stops that URL showing for certain searches.
